Crisps are made from a by-product of sea buckthorn juice pressing – sea buckthorn peels and seeds, which have a high-quality composition, including sea buckthorn oil, fiber and vitamins. Everything is put to good use!

For those who already know and for those who are new to it, our farm is located in Smiltene municipality, in Ūdrupe. But Ūdrupe is the place that marks the border of Smiltene and Gulbene municipalities. Then it happens that our berries grow in Smiltene municipality, but they are swayed by the winds from Gulbene. In honor of this, we would like to call sea buckthorn berry peel and seed candied fruits – Gulbene Crisps with pumpkin spice mix.
